Addiction is either ingesting a substance or engaging in an activity which pleasures, but continuation may lead to compulsive and interference with one's life responsibilities. Addictions are commonly referred to alcohol, smoking, drugs but also include substance dependence and behavioural addiction. An addict cannot control and are dependent on them to cope with daily life.
